Tips For Hand Grip Exercise Set
Here’s how to use each piece in this hand grip set:
1. Adjustable Hand Gripper
Hold the gripper with one hand (wrap fingers around the lower handle, palm resting on the upper part). Squeeze the handles together as tightly as possible, then slowly release to the starting position. Adjust the dial on the end to increase/decrease resistance—start with a lighter setting, then ramp up as you build strength. Do 2–3 sets of 10–15 reps per hand.
2. Finger Stretcher
Slide all 5 fingers into the designated slots of the stretcher. Gently spread your fingers outward to pull against the spring resistance, then slowly bring them back together. This targets finger flexibility and opposing muscle groups. Complete 2 sets of 12–15 reps per hand.
3. Grip Ring
Place the ring in the palm of your hand, wrapping fingers (and thumb, if needed) around it. Squeeze the ring firmly until your fingers touch, then hold for 2–3 seconds before releasing. This works overall palm and finger strength. Do 3 sets of 15–20 squeezes per hand.
4. Foam Stress Ball
